One of the principals of the company, Michael Lovell has been working on Hacienda del Alamo for over 15 years. Multi-skilled, having spent 40+ years working in every sector of the building trade, Michael is perfectly qualified to help home owners on HDA. Though initially a carpenter by trade, Michael has the knowledge and skills to tackle electrical work, plumbing, woodworking, general DIY, decorating and mechanics.
His conscientious, thorough and thoughtful approach, coupled with his commitment and attention to detail has helped establish MPL as a leading property management company on Hacienda del Alamo.
Fellow principal of the company, George Lovell, joined MPL in 2012. George is bi-lingual and fully fluent in both English and Spanish. This makes him the ideal liaison between owners and Spanish-speaking local Government officers, as well as the various contractors and tradesmen that may be required to work on a property.

George has acquired all the necessary accreditations for the works carried out by MPL, everything from public swimming pool cleaning through to the application of biohazardous and toxic chemicals. Not only qualified to safely apply pesticides, herbicides and fungicides, George is also qualified to oversee and supervise other MPL staff who are carrying out these procedures.
As evidenced by his black belt in Karate, George is diligent, fully committed, hard working and maintains exceptionally high standards in all that he does.
